The primary reason for moving to a static blog was to reduce concerns about aesthetics and focus on writing, which hasn't gone well this year.
Despite not being familiar with HTML/CSS, I was able to adopt Oskar Wickström's monospace theme for my blog and made the necessary changes to my template.
