The final story update for NieR Reincarnation arrives on March 28th with servers going offline on April 29th.
If you want to play it before it shuts down, you can download NieR Reincarnation on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. I hope this story is repurposed into something else because everything involving NieR is worth experiencing story wise.
