The proposed Upper West Side building would be 122-feet tall, featuring 38,703 square-feet of residential space and 14,108 square-feet for community facilities.
The new building will be a stand-alone, affordable senior housing project with onsite social services for formerly homeless seniors, occupying approximately 30 percent of the 84 apartments.
