User Research Is Storytelling
Briefly

User research is storytelling. And to get the most out of user research, you need to tell a good story where you bring stakeholders-the product team and decision-makers-along and get them interested in learning more.
Think of your favorite movie following a three-act structure: setup, conflict, resolution. This structure is a great way to think about user research and explaining it to others.
Research in user experience (UX) is often undervalued, with some opting to skip it in favor of opinions or best practices. However, this can lead to missing out on solving users' real problems.
