"With Thanksgiving and the holidays fast approaching, families can look forward to watching their favorite "Peanuts" holiday television specials for free online. Apple TV, which recently announced a five-year extension as the exclusive streaming home for all things "Peanuts" until 2030, will provide free streaming windows for nonsubscribers to enjoy two classic animated programs featuring Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the rest of the gang."
"'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving' will be available to stream for free Nov. 15 and Nov. 16; and 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' will be free to stream Dec. 13 and Dec. 14, Apple TV said in a news release last month. The announcement comes as 'Peanuts,' created by the late longtime Santa Rosa resident Charles M. "Sparky" Schulz, celebrates its 75th anniversary."

Apple TV holds exclusive streaming rights to the Peanuts animated library through 2030 and will provide free streaming windows for two classic holiday specials. A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will stream free Nov. 15 and Nov. 16, and A Charlie Brown Christmas will stream free Dec. 13 and Dec. 14. The free windows are available to nonsubscribers for limited dates. Peanuts is celebrating its 75th anniversary. Subscribers can access these specials and extensive Peanuts programming year-round at tv.apple.com.
