"I think there's a reason why they called the document 'A Home of Your Own' rather than 'A Home You Own', because there is an almost Frankenstein arrangement here in terms of what exactly is going on," Simon Harris said of Sinn Féin's policy today.
"Are we talking about a situation now where you can own a home, but you won't own the land on which the home is built?" he asked.
"Sinn Féin were very much against [not owning the land]... they saw it was very important that if you own the building, you own the land."
"This is a long way from the home ownership model that is ingrained in people in this country," Mr Harris said.
