Air Force is "growing concerned" about the pace of Vulcan rocket launches
Briefly

The Vulcan rocket's development has been delayed, missing its debut in 2020 and 2021. It finally flew successfully in January but needs a second flight for US military certification.
Due to the delays, the USSF-51 mission was moved from Vulcan to an Atlas V rocket. USSF-106 remains on Vulcan for its national security mission, launch date uncertain.
