Barclay Goodrow 'Leaving The Summer In Summer'; Excited For Second Sharks Career
Briefly

"I think whatever happened in the summer will stay in the summer. I have a lot of different opinions on what happened, but I'll choose to keep those to myself," Goodrow said. "I'm excited to be here and excited to get camp started."
"Warsofsky came down in the summer. You appreciate that the coach wants to have a relationship with his players, and I'm excited to play for him," Goodrow said. "You can sense the excitement coming into camp this year. [There are] lots of young guys, lots of really skilled players, and I think we're excited to see what they can do."
"I think it was kind of more blown up in the media than what was actually going on," Goodrow said. "I think just because I didn't talk to you guys didn't necessarily mean I needed to get over something. I was enjoying my summer."
Goodrow mentioned that Smith asked him about the 2019 game seven against the Vegas Golden Knights. Goodrow told Smith that it was the loudest building he'd ever experienced."
