SAN FRANCISCO An individual was rescued from the trackway at the Powell St BART station this morning, and the station remains closed until further notice.Powell St Station remains closed due to a major medical emergency that began at about 7:15am.Trains are not stopping at Powell St station and we do have some service changes, said Jim Allison, BART Media Relations Manager.
