The 'Deal or No Deal Banker's Bonanza' machine did not pay winnings due to an improperly loaded file, resulting in over 20,569 spins without a payout.
DraftKings stated to players complaining about the lack of wins that there was 'nothing wrong with the game itself,' despite the ongoing issues with the machine.
Both companies were found to have not disclosed the malfunction to state officials until prompted by the Department of Consumer Protection, raising serious accountability concerns.
