Furlan captured a dramatic moment on her Ring camera of a coyote invading her yard, grabbing her dachshund Neena, ultimately leading to a swift rescue.
"Thank God she's a little bit fat because he couldn't make it over the wall with her," Furlan humorously noted after rescuing her dog, Neena, from the coyote.
"I've never seen one coyote and then today this happened. They are desperate," Furlan warned fellow pet owners about the increasing coyote threat in residential areas.
Coyotes are increasingly invading backyards, especially as food sources dwindle in the fall, making pets vulnerable to attacks, officials advise extreme caution.
