Knicks will be without star guard Friday against Heat
"New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson sustained a Grade 1 right ankle sprain and will miss Friday's game against the Miami Heat, sources tell ESPN. He will be evaluated daily. Brunson, 29, got injured with less than two minutes to go in the blowout loss. He was seen leaving in a walking boot and on crutches. He is averaging 28.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game. Brunson's shooting 46.7 percent from the floor and 36.9 percent from 3-point range through 11 games."
"Furthermore, Miami will be without both Herro and Adebayo, set to miss his fifth-straight game with a toe injury. Every other Heat regular is expected to be available. The Heat and Knicks will square off in two straight on Friday and Monday, with the latter being inside Kaseya Center.
