A 31-year-old Springfield man was arrested after allegedly cutting a woman's throat with a box cutter following her down Union Street at 3:45 a.m.
The suspect, Jovan Murphy, was found and arrested near Montpelier Street. He was also linked to a previous attack and sexual assault.
