The star took to Instagram recently to share some pictures of herself glammed up for an event, and she looked a far cry from the blonde bombshell who was riding high in the charts in the early 2000s.
Due in part to the huge success of her reality show at the time, it became the highest-selling debut album by a female artist that year. In the years that followed, she went on to release two more albums - I Am Me in October 2005 and Bittersweet World in April 2008.
She eventually returned in 2018 when she starred in a reality show with her new husband, Evan Ross, the son of legendary Motown star Diana Ross.
