WhatsApp Business users subscribing to the plan receive a badge, impersonation protection, and verified WhatsApp channel. Can use account on multiple devices and share custom web pages with customers.
Meta introduces the ability for large businesses to be called via WhatsApp with APIs. Users can contact customer support within the app. Pricing details for this service are yet to be disclosed.
