Phil Foden's participation in the England squad for upcoming Nations League games is in doubt due to illness, according to Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola stated, "I don’t think so right now. I think he will not go but I don’t know. He doesn’t feel well. But national teams, they decide."
Foden has struggled this season, having played only 45 minutes as a substitute against Chelsea, indicating a tough start for the 24-year-old.
Despite his limited playing time, Foden has earned 41 caps for England and was a starter in every game during Euro 2024.
