Michael Royce Sparks, 62, has been charged with the murder of his neighbors, Stephanie Menard and Daniel Menard, after their mysterious disappearance from a nudist community.
Sparks, who is being held without bail, was arrested following a dramatic police operation that uncovered human remains hidden in a concrete bunker beneath his home.
