A teenager was arrested in Birmingham for the incident in Dagenham where a 19-year-old man was found stabbed and shot, still fighting for his life after more than two weeks.
Two 17-year-olds were previously charged with attempted murder and possession of a gun, while a third teenager was also charged with various offenses including attempted murder.
