WeWork wants to keep its space at numerous locations in Los Angeles and Orange County as part of its efforts to exit bankruptcy. Lease terms adjustments with landlords are ongoing, with agreements to lower rent in exchange for longer lease terms.
Some lease terms will remain unchanged, such as at the 611 North Brand Boulevard location. WeWork will make payments to some landlords to maintain certain leases, like the $200,000 to Onni Group for the Glendale location.
