This confirmation comes from Bluetooth SIG since it has certified the SM-E556B_DS and listed it on its website as the Galaxy F55.
However, it has also listed SM-C5560 on the same page as the Galaxy M55, suggesting the Galaxy F55 and Galaxy M55 are the same phones for different markets.
