According to a copy of the agreement circulated to students, the deal was signed Monday and includes commitments if the encampment is taken down within 24 hours, such as publicly posting university's investments and establishing a working group for future investments review.
Ontario Tech University also committed to funding three undergraduate scholarships for Palestinians displaced by the war, and to protect students and faculty from academic or employment-based retaliation who participated in the encampment.
