Crochet pitched 102 pitches in seven innings, allowing only two hits, two walks, and one earned run, significantly contributing to lowering his season ERA to 3.16.
With 116 strikeouts this season, Crochet is now tied with Tyler Glasnow for the highest number of K's in the league.
