CiderFeast NYC, celebrating its tenth year, is set to spotlight over 20 ciders from New York State and surrounding regions, highlighting the growing hard cider culture.
Jimmy Carbone, creator of CiderFeast NYC, recalls the festival’s beginning in 2014 at Seaport and his enthusiasm for sharing fine, dry ciders with industry pioneers.
The event merges unique local food offerings such as cider donuts, Kentucky ham, and grilled cheese to complement over 20 varieties of ciders from regional producers.
