Former Celtics player Glen 'Big Baby' Davis was sentenced to 40 months in federal prison for defrauding an insurance plan for NBA players and their families.
More than 20 individuals, including former NBA players, were convicted for submitting fictitious medical claims to the NBA Players' Health and Benefit Welfare Plan, resulting in over $5 million in losses.
