James Lambert filed a lawsuit against Boston Public Schools, alleging lack of support and discrimination after being targeted by racist staff with sexual assault allegations.
Lambert claimed BPS didn't support him when he faced resentment and push-back from white staff, despite teaching mostly students of color.
Another former BPS administrator filed a suit earlier this year, alleging discrimination and retaliation after raising concerns about advancing underprepared students.
Lambert stated that BPS intimidates and disregards Black bodies, stepping over Black leaders striving for change.
BPS declined to comment on the litigation or personnel matters.
